HOME INVASION/THEFT

On 06-22-97, At Approximately 7:30am, A Person Or Persons Forcibly Entered The Residence Of A Local Tattoo Artist. The Person (S) Assaulted The Two Male Individuals In The Apartment; Ultimately Seizing A Firearm Which Was Kept In The Apartment By The Owner. The Individual Fired A Shot From This Firearm Over The Head Of The Owner Who Was, At That Time, In A Prone Position On The Floor. This Owner Feels That There Were Three To Four Persons. The Individual(S) Removed The Owner's Keys To The Downstairs Tattoo Parlor And Stole Several Thousand Dollars Worth Of Tattooing Equipment As Well As The Firearm.

SAFE THEFT

On 08-21-96, Two White Male Subjects Entered Dot's Clothing Store Located On Lafayette Road In Seabrook. While One Individual Diverted The Attention Of A Store Clerk, The Second Male Subject Entered The Back Room And Escaped Through The Back Door Carrying A Small Safe. Cash And Other Forms Of Receipts Were Located In That Safe.

Police Believe That A Third Party Was Waiting In The Rear Of The Store With A Vehicle And Ultimately Fled The Area--The Second Person Left Through The Front Door As The Alarm Was Sounding.

A Composite Of The Individual Who Occupied The Clerk Follows. It Should Be Noted That A Similar Theft Occurred In Plaistow Nh, Within A Ten Day Period Of This Incident.

The Perpetrator(S) Appropriated Jewelry And A Fisher Cd Player As Well As Assorted Cd's. It Is Possible That The Perpetrator(S) Either Remained In The House Overnight Or For Some Period Of Time As The Shower Was Used And A Bedroom Appeared To Have Had Someone Sleeping There.

Police Are Of The Opinion That There Was At Least One Female Subject Involved In The Burglary.

On 07-22-97, Two White Females Attempted To Sell/Pawn One Of The Pieces Of Jewelry Which Had Been Taken From The Residence. They Were Refused And At This Time Are Unidentified, Although This Agency Expects Eventual Results From Latent Prints In This Matter.
