§162-4. Display of Permissible Fireworks [Amended 3-13-2007 ATM by Art. 47]
Persons desiring to display permissible fireworks shall conform to the requirements of RSA 160-C:11 , and any amendments thereto.

§162-6. Penalties [Added 3-13-2007 ATM by Art. 51]
Any unauthorized display of fireworks, regardless of class, shall result in a fine of $100 per incident
